Venue Rules

  • Children aged one to five must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Shoes off and left in the space provided — socks must be worn inside the play area.
  • No pushing while playing and no sliding the wrong way. Play safely so no one gets hurt.
  • Climbing is not allowed in the play area except in the zone set aside for it.
  • Accessories and anything sharp must not be worn during play — they can cause injuries.
  • Please leave your child’s own toys outside the play area so they don’t get lost.
  • No eating or drinking inside the play area.
  • Please look after your personal belongings — the venue is not responsible for them.
  • We have taken every safety measure in the play area. Please note the venue is not liable for injuries caused by unsafe play.
  • For your children’s safety, please follow all of the rules above.
